Since inflation has made drastic cuts in their food budget, the French are buying large supermarkets’ own food brands. In the first half of 2023, their sales increased by 20% (compared to at the same period in 2022). It is true that,  from a financial point of view, such products are much cheaper than the big brands. And from a nutritional point of view?

The magazine 60 Millions de consommateurs is published by the National Institute of Consumption (INC), one of whose main missions is to group, produce, analyze and disseminate information, studies, surveys and tests.
